Here at Elevation we value a team based environment. Every week we have a night designated to interaction with our co-works outside of our work environment. This allows us to get to know our colleagues on more of a personal level. We play laser tag, bowling, go-carts, kickball and even some volleyball. Last week we held a pumpkin carving contest and pictures are posted on facebook for everyone to vote on the winner. The winner is going to be rewarded with a free lunch and of course bragging rights!
